Group Exercise Classes are being offered from June - August.

 

Group Exercise Punch Cards are available for purchase at the front desk. 

The Punch Card you will receive is good for any 11 classes during the 2021 season.  

Aren't sure about committing to 11 classes? You can also drop in and pay per class.

MEMBERS:  $40 PUNCHCARD - 11 CLASSES

NON-MEMBERS:  $50 PUNCHCARD - 11 CLASSES

Schedule runs August 2nd - August 19th

Mondays 10 – 11 a.m.

Tabata (60 minutes)

This structured interval class will make you sweat by performing short but intense bouts of physical effort followed by recovery periods. Although modifications will be provided, this is a challenging and intense class for intermediate/advanced exercisers.

 

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

HIIT (60 minutes)

Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate. You will work your heart but also get your muscles burning to build strength.

 

Wednesdays 10 – 11 a.m.

Cardio/Core (60 minutes)

This class will work you through a variety of exercises while improving your overall cardio endurance. The last 20 minutes of class will be focused core and balance work! If you have a mat and a set of dumbbells, please bring them!

 

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Pumped Up Cardio and Arms (60 minutes)

Cardio intervals and focused arm work in this class! We will use resistance bands, but if you have weights and would like to use them, please feel free to bring them along!
